Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Su-Sanskriti Foundation ( “we,” “us,” “our”). By engaging with our services, making donations, or participating in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Donor Rights: Donors have the right to receive information about how their contributions are utilized and the impact of their donations. Donors may request a receipt for their donations.
   b. Su-Sanskriti Foundation Rights: Reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services or programs at any time, with or without notice.
   c. Obligations: Donors must provide accurate information during the donation process. Su-Sanskriti Foundation is obligated to use donations in a manner that aligns with its mission and stated objectives.
3. 80G Tax Receipt

An 80G tax receipt will only be generated if the donor opts for tax benefits at the time of donation. Donors must indicate their preference during the donation process to receive this benefit.

3. Consideration

Donations made to Su-Sanskriti Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable. The funds will be used to support our initiatives in accordance with our mission to promote social welfare and community development.

4. Handling Disputes

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the activities of Su-Sanskriti Foundation will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik

5. Deliverables

Su-Sanskriti Foundation is committed to providing reports and updates on the progress and impact of its programs to donors and supporters.

6. Payment Terms

Donations can be made through our official channels. Payment confirmation and receipts will be sent via email. If opting for 80G tax benefits, please ensure you select this option during the donation process.

7. Limitations

Su-Sanskriti Foundation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or donations. Our liability is limited to the amount of the donation made by the individual.

8. Contractual Obligations

By donating to Su-Sanskriti Foundation, donors agree to abide by these Terms. Su-Sanskriti Foundation agrees to utilize donations responsibly and in accordance with the organization’s objectives and mission.

9. Modifications

Su-Sanskriti Foundation reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and donors will be notified via email.
